Concession Stand
Tami Reding has agreed to organize this again. She has sent out an email looking for volunteers and donations. The profits from this usually offset the cost of the Pinewood Derby.
Car Retrieval Volunteers
We need Webelos scouts to retrieve the cars from the end of the track. They’ll get a coupon good for a drink and a snack for their service.
So far I have two volunteers

Meet in cafeteria no later than 4:45 PM
Hank needs to reserve cafeteria
Food
Pizza and Wings again? Yes, but less. We had too many leftovers last time.
Salad? Yes- Hank to ask for volunteers.
Soda and drink boxes again? Yes - This seemed to work out well.
Cupcakes again? – Yes, everyone likes this idea
Cost
Our estimated costs are between $8 - $9 per person
We agreed to partially subsidize the event?
$5 per person
Theme
100 Years of Scouting
Ask adults how far they made it. We could have everyone stand and then have people sit down as we proceed in rank up to Eagle Scout.
We could have a table of old scouting memorabilia.

Try to keep the cost under $60
28 center pieces required
Should reflect the theme.
Coordinate Ushers, Music, and Alter boys
Hank will do this.

Betsy will arrange meeting with priest and get awards
Hank will email betsy info for purchasing the awards
We need to determine if any scout is working on PARVULI DEI and have them join the other group to meet with the priest.
Awards
Please get any awards into me by Feb. 8 so we can present them at the Blue and Gold.
Webelos 2 will receive their Arrow of Light at B&G
Webelos 1 will receive their Webelos patch at B&G
Hank will look into adult leadership awards
Centennial award for all scouts and leaders.
Fundraisers
Waiting for prizes, hopefully they will be distributed at Pinewood Derby
