Webelos Mini Camp Lottery Signup

(for scouts currently in 3d grade)

The lottery process for Webelos mini camp is right around the corner. This is a half week (3 days, 2 nights) sleep away camp for the boys currently in 3d grade. It is similar to Dad and Lad or Mom and Me except longer with more structured and planned activities.

Space is limited for this camp and we must enter the lottery process to get the weekend we want. If your son is interested in attending, please return the form below with a check (NO CASH) for the deposit ($25) to our camp coordinator, Mr. Schroeder by Nov. 15. (6964 Hi View) Please put it in an envelope marked “Webelos Mini Camp” with the scout’s name.

We must provide adult leadership for the entire time. (Both men and women are welcome. Believe it or not about 30% of the adults at camp are women.) Typically, the adults take turn and are not obligated to stay both nights. If you have a preference for a particular date please indicate that on the form and the reason. The den leaders will decide our 1^st, 2^nd, and 3d choices for the lottery process based on your input. We will know the results by early January. If the date does not work for your schedule, you may obtain a refund of your deposit anytime before April 1. Full payment is due one month before camp and a discount is provided if paid before April 1.
