Cub Scout Picnic
When: Sunday May 31, 1:00 – 5:00
(This is a rain or shine event.)
Where: Cub World at Beaumont Scout
Camp (Pavilion #4, same as last year)
Who: All scouts, parents,
grandparents, and siblings of Pack 4

names because of the insurance paper work, see below.)

We will serve lunch; Hamburgers, Hot dogs, buns, condiments, paper good, etc. will be provided by the pack. Powdered drinks will also be available.
Each family should bring an item to share with others. Each rank will be assigned a category. (Remember everyone will advance to the next level at the May pack meeting.)
Wolves: Desert (boys graduating from 1st Grade)
Bears: Chips (boys graduating from 2nd Grade)
1 st year Webelos: Side Dishes (boys graduating from 3d Grade)
2 nd Year Webelos: Salad
or Fruit (boys graduating from 4th
Grade)
Recent Boy Scouts Pick anything (boys graduating from 5th Grade)
Bring chairs if you don’t want to stand.
Bring your own beverages if you don’t like powdered drinks. (no alcoholic beverages are allowed, BSA policy)
We are required to pay a small insurance fee for all non-scouts. The pack will pay for this, but we need a list of all participants, so please RSVP before Friday May 29 and include the names of all participants. (The names are required information on the form.) In addition to lunch, we will also be playing games. (For example, three legged race, balloon toss, etc.) Cub World is also a great place for the kids to explore. (Even though they spend half the time playing in the creek.) Since there is a creek bringing extra shoes for the kids is a good idea.
